FCS Flooring & Concrete Solutions – formally known as Saint John Tile & Terrazzo – was founded in 1954 by the two Italian bothers Bernardo and Nick Rocca.

In the beginning the company was involved with smaller concrete and flooring projects. As the years wore on and construction projects began to grow in size and scope, so too did the company. By the late 70’s, early 80’s, the company was well known throughout Atlantic Canada for being a leader in within the industry. From large scale concrete placement projects, concrete pumping, to large scale flooring projects of all kinds, the company prided itself on three core values: doing the right by their client, delivering the project on time, and completing work within budget.

While many aspects of the industry have changed since FCS had first laid its foundation in the province, some things remain the same. The three core values held by Bernardo and Nick continue to drive our company. Today FCS is owned and operated by three long-time employees who continue to maintain the brothers’ passion for the business.

FCS offers full concrete placement, concrete pumping, concrete restoration, and flooring of all types for commercial and industrial projects.

FCS is a COR certified company with the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association, as well as member in good standing with ISNetworld and Worksafe NB.
